In the short term, Terra Engineering will seek sub contracts, municipal contracts and government contracts. While other engineering firms in the region offer small to medium sized businesses consulting services, none specialize in this area.
With today’s unpredictable political and environmental concerns, it is increasingly evident that more environmental engineering firms are needed.
Terra Engineering’s services will differ from our competitors in that we will offer creative, innovative and effective solutions to environmental problems. Too many consulting firms try to develop standard models to solve key environmental problems.
Terra Engineering realizes that environmental problems have a variety of solutions; what may be right for one area might not necessarily meet the needs of another.

As you can see, the above example outlines the services provided as well as features and benefits. It discusses value propositions and the competitive edge which are both needed to add value to the overall argument.
It might be a good idea to include some sales literature or specific pieces as attachments or appendices. Examples would be copies of advertisements, brochures, catalogues and technical specifications.
